Build the system, then make it run without you.
Ten years running professional kitchens. Now websites, stores, apps, and AI automation. Different tools, same discipline.
// STORY
FROM KITCHENS
TO SYSTEMS
For ten years I ran professional kitchens: engineering menus, building prep systems, training teams to run the line without me.
I bring the same instinct to the web now. Sites, stores, and automations that keep working after I step away.
No niche. One signature: systems that make the people who use them more independent.
// SELECTED WORK
The Tea Sack
A wall that knows when a piece is gone.
A viral teapot caught first with a pre-order drop on its own checkout, then given a house: a store built as one gallery walk with an intro film behind the only button, the flagship in 3D, and a wall that stamps itself SOLD off live stock
Doomscrollers
An Instagram-coaching business built and run end to end: brand system, a A$300 audit, the fortnightly membership, a plan engine that drafts from a member's own grid in three minutes, event-driven email, six answer-engine guides at 93/100 findability, a revenue ledger that reconciles nightly and the Coach's Desk that holds it all
The Answer Report
An AI-findability audit engine. It scores how readable a business is to the assistants people now ask instead of searching, publishes the scores as a newspaper, and writes the fix report. My own product, and it prints its own score: 93 out of 100
Love Goggles
A one-product camera store at lovegoggles.com.au, taken from a stock template to live in two days: one price, two taps to checkout, a checkout that matches the page, and a catalog AI shopping assistants can read
Sarah Emery Celebrant
A redesigned personal-brand site for a Sydney wedding celebrant, built around a broadcast cue-sheet concept that routes every visitor to one availability enquiry

The questions people actually type, answered straight.
- How do you turn an SOP into an automation?
- What does an AI assistant read on your website?
- Which tasks should you automate first?

Web, e-commerce, and automation projects. If the problem is specific, the conversation will be short.
Two doors: automations for the work that keeps repeating, websites for the site that should be doing more.
